I

Prof. Alberto Savoldelli has been contracting Professor of Economy and Business Management at the Managerial Engineering Department of the Politecnico di Milano where he undertook research on innovation and change management in private and public sector organisations. He has acted as an advisor to Italian and foreign consultancy companies on projects focusing on impact assessment, change management, knowledge management, business process reengineering and performance measurement. He has several years of experiences in consulting public sector organizations in designing procurement processes and technical specifications by using open standards and international rules. He is author of several publications in scientific journals and conferences and of several books. In conducting his reserach activity he participates to international consortia mainly funded by EC. In this regard he has a large experiences of EC funding projects starting from Exprit, FP and now H2020.

Consultancy activity for the development of Web Services Technologies which enables Locali Public Administration to really become interoperable and to provide eGovernment services in amost efficient and effective way.
